Mr. Swanson, an Alaskan resident, is a professional architect with over 33 years of architectural design and project management experience for residential, commercial and industrial facilities.
His architectural expertise, communication skills and leadership abilities have assisted him to form and direct many successful design teams for small, medium and large scale projects. He is skilled in design, construction documents, building code compliance and coordination with engineering disciplines on a variety of military, public and private facilities.
As Principal and President of our firm, much of Mr. Swanson’s time is spent with the management of the company, daily operations, contract management and providing quality assurance/quality control for our projects. As our leader, he serves in a vital artistic and holistic capacity to maintain our vision, design philosophy and spearhead the creative direction of the firm.
